Copywriting Services
The scope of work includes:
- Line editing
- Fixing errors found & suggesting improvements to syntax
Delivery timeline: Once the manuscript is sent along with the payment, the turnaround time is typically under 48 hours if the manuscript is under 2000 words.
Cost: $200 for up to 2000 words. An additional $.02 will be charged for every word over 2000.
The scope of work includes:
- Reviewing the manuscript
- Moderate to significant restructuring of the flow and content of the manuscript
- Line editing
- Fixes for errors found
- Improvements made to syntax
- Specific areas of concern will be highlighted and accompanied with suggestions for improvement
- Three revisions
- Observations on what is great about your manuscript and what could be improved overall.

Delivery timeline: Once the brief is sent along with the payment, the turnaround time for the first draft is typically under 72 hours though it can be up to five business days for children’s books. Expect up to ten business days for longer books.

Children’s Picture Books:
- Under 500 words: $450
- 500 – 1,000 words $525
- 1,000 – 2,000 words: $600
- 2,000 – 3,000 words: $675
- 3,000 – 4,000 words: $750
Novels:
$0.20 per word ($500 minimum)

Once the payment and manuscript are sent to greenlight the project, you’re all set until I return the first draft! I will be keeping your vision in mind as I edit the manuscript, ensuring that my edits only enhance your work. Once the first draft is completed, we discuss your concerns about any suggestions I have made and once you are satisfied, I will go ahead and implement the changes. We rinse and repeat until you have a polished manuscript that perfectly captures the vision in your head!

Absolutely! For an additional 30% surcharge, you can expect a turnaround time of less than 24 hours for the first draft of your children’s book. For novels, the turnaround time is heavily affected by the number of words in your manuscript. Contact me and we can discuss how fast we can expedite your novel’s first draft.
